如何呈现一座个性的木结构建筑，满足业主度假与排练音乐的需求？

这座建筑位于Schoppernau坐北朝南的坡地上，能够看到Bregenzerwald三面山景。在冬季周围会有缆车滑过这片草地，山谷间的火车站也近在咫尺。使得这座公寓更加引人入胜。这里还有一间音乐排练室供业主和她的学生或是乐队成员学习和排练使用。

Thebuildingislocatedonanorth-southslopeinSchoppernau.Thisallowsathree-sidedviewintothemountainsoftheBregenzerwald.Theadjacentmeadowsareusedbythepracticeskiliftinwinter,andthevalleystationforthemountainrailwaysiswithinsight.Thatmakestheapartmentattractive.Thereisalsoamusicrehearsalroomthatisusedforrehearsalsandmusiclessonsbytheclientandherstudentsorbandmembers.

建筑体量中整体的空间布局由纵向结构与坡屋顶组成。木结构是业主最初对设计概念的要求之一。

由于建筑位于山地上，底层的车库和入口以及附属房间采用了砌体结构。其余部分为木质结构。室内楼梯引导人来到首层的门廊（集成在建筑中的露台），示意从这里进入“公共”空间。就是这样一间度假小屋，带有音乐排练室和独立入口，还配有花园。

Duetothehillsidelocation,onlythebasefloorwiththegarage,theopenaccessandtheancillaryroomswasdesignedasasolidconstruction.Therestofthebuildingisawoodenstructure.Thestairsleadtotheshed(integratedterraceinthebuilding)ofthegroundfloor.Itrepresentsaccesstothe“public”floor.Hereistheholidayapartment,themusicrehearsalroomandtheentrancetothehouse,aswellasaccesstothegarden.

家庭公寓位于顶层。中央楼梯引导人们进入起居空间，这里面朝山景。在起居室面前的是建筑中另一个私人露台。它避免了起居室过于炎热，围栏的设计还保护了业主的隐私。

Thefamily’sapartmentisonthetopfloor.Thecentrallylocatedstaircaseleadstothelivingroom,whichisopenuptotheridge.Infrontofitisanotherprivateterraceintegratedintothebuilding.Itprotectsthelivingspacefromoverheatingandoffersprivacyfortheclientthroughtheparapet.

生态与经济可持续性是设计的一贯追求。建筑的木结构完全来源于月之森林。所有木材需求都由业主从自己的树林中采伐所满足。业主自己会尽其所能为自己的房子添把手。他们称这是“关键时期促进关系的活动”。嵌入式瓷砖炉是二手的，从一座被拆除的建筑里拆下来重新安装在这里。这是对可持续发展意识的又一次贡献。所有的工匠，建筑材料和技术都在方圆50公里内选择。

Ecologicalandeconomicsustainabilityareconsistentlypursuedconcerns.Thetimberconstructionismadeentirelyfrom,moonwood”.Allthetimberneededwasharvestedbytheclienthimselfintheirownwoods.Whereverpossible,theclientthemselveshavebeeninvolvedandlentahand.Theycalledthis“relationship-promotingactivityinstressfultimes”.Thebuilt-intiledstoveisa2ndhandstove.Theovenwasremovedfromademolishedhouseandreinstalledhere.Anothercontributiontoaconsciousapproachtosustainability.Allcraftsmen,buildingmaterialsandtechnologycomefromaradiusofnomorethan50kilometers.

墙面与天花采用的是云杉木。立面上的木瓦采用的也是云杉木，当然这是由业主自己贴上去的。窗户、家具和吸音天花采用了冷杉木。卧室内，天花采用涂料已获得良好的保温。整个房子的木地板都由白蜡木铺设。
