墉舍对话时间·向景而居

项目围绕“引景入室”展开，意在突出、强化室外的独特景致。端居而望，完成“现在”与“过去”的时空对话。

“墉”义为城墙、高墙。高大的现代住宅紧邻北京明清胡同，巨大的高差形成了独特的视野景观。新旧建筑的关系是割裂的，也可以是延续的，交叠的；我们从周边环境入手，通过改变布局和材质打造现代宜居住宅，同时也探索“现在”与“过去”的联系。

The word “YONG” means rampart and high-wall. The tall modern residence is adjacent to Beijing alleys of Ming and Qing dynasties; the height differences create a remarkable view of the landscape. The relationship between old and new buildings is fragmented, or it can be continuous and overlapping. We start the project with the surrounding environment, create a modern dwelling by changing the layout and materials, while also exploring the connection between the “present” and the “past”.

项目围绕“引景入室”展开，意在突出、强化室外的独特景致。端居而望，完成“现在”与“过去”的时空对话。

The project revolves around the concept of “bring the scenery inside”, which is intended to highlight the unique view. Overlooking from the window, it completes the dialogue between “present” and “past” in space-time.

以方为窗，向景而居

起居室长窗是住宅内绝佳的观景之处。为了突出强化室外独特景致，我们利用低压的梁体加以深色木饰面的整体包裹，打造被拉长的框景效果，使空间具有场景感，延伸感。

The window in living room provides a gorgeous view. In order to highlight the spectacular outdoor scenery, we use low beam and wrapped by dark wood veneer to create an elongated framed effect, giving the space a sense of scenario and extension.

脱离于屋内的材质，临窗处用木饰面营造一个介于“内”与“外”的灰空间，形成静谧的精神性场所。

阳台暗藏收纳空间和临时床位，满足了亲友临时住宿的功能需求。

The balcony conceals storage space and foldable bed for the needs of temporary accommodation of family and friends.

Distinguished from the other materials inside the house, the wood veneer at the balcony creates a gray space between “inside” and “outside”, forming a quiet and spiritual place.

开放厨房置于沿窗与客厅之间，深色岩板与延续的木饰面形成整体，简约而有质感。具有中古气息的岛台为厨房增加了收纳空间，也使整个餐厨区在开放中独立。

The open kitchen is placed between balcony and living room. The dark paneling and continued wooden finish form a whole that is simple and classic. The island with mediaeval style adds storage space to the kitchen, also make dining and kitchen area be independent in the openness.

纵与横的空间对话

为了实现空间优势最大化，客厅朝向由东西调整为南北，形成进深近11米的“客厅中轴线”。通过这种横向上的轴线关系不仅在时间上拉近了与窗外老建筑的距离，在空间上也回应了京城古建的布局规划，加强了与“过去”的联系。空间划分因此更加简明，具备接待、休闲、用餐等功能。

To optimize the spatial layout, the orientation of the living room is adjusted from east-west to north-south, forming a “living room axis” with depth nearly 11 meters. The concept of horizontal axis narrows the distance with old architectures in time, as well as responds to the layout plan of ancient city and living complex in space; strengthening the connection with the “past”. Therefore, the spatial division is more concise, with reception, leisure, dining and other functions.

纵向上，从沿窗到玄关通过地面-地台-楼梯依次升高。居住者沿着“轴线”在不同场景穿梭，随着高低变化与材质的不同产生多层次视觉体验。

Vertically, from the window to the entryway, the height rises in turn through the ground-platform-stair. The residents move through diverse scenes along the “axis”, gain multi-level visual experience with the change of height and materials.

一入玄关，盘旋而上的楼梯成为瞩目的端景。我们将楼梯一体化设计，壳薄而轻，呈螺旋形盘卷，壳的表面呈乳白色，生长纹从壳的脐部辐射而出，宛如一颗巨大的“鹦鹉螺”。

Upon entering the entrance, the spiral staircase absorbs the most attention. We design the staircase as a whole, the shell is thin and light, spiral coiled, the color of the shell surface is creamy white, the growth pattern radiates out from the umbilicus of the shell, the shape like a giant ”Nautilus”.

“鹦鹉螺” 背后象征水滴的不锈钢摆件以失重的状态慢慢向上汇聚，在顶部融汇在了一起。不锈钢曲面和超白玻璃反射、过滤光线，随着光照的不同使空间产生不可预料的微妙变化。

The stainless-steel ornaments behind “Nautilus” are symbolizing water droplets, slowly converge upward in a weightless state and merge together at the top. The curved stainless steel and ultra-white glass reflect and filter the light, creating unpredictable and subtle changes in the space as the light differs.

旋转楼梯延续了整个空间饰面材质的统一，又通过别致的造型为室内营造了律动感的变化，为空间增添建筑氛围和趣味性。

The staircase continues the uniformity of the finishes throughout the space and creates a rhythmical change for the interior through its distinctive shape, adding architectural atmosphere and interest to the space.

至简至真，安然包容

在设计中，以大面积浅色艺术涂料搭配氛围灯点亮整个空间，摒弃非必要的过度装饰，使其呈现一种更加包容，更具温度的居家感受。随着窗外日起日落，在喧闹的城市中获得内心的宁静与治愈。

卧室改变原始的空间朝向以获得更好的采光和视觉感受，开阔的视野得到无限延伸。绮坐窗前，静看四季变换。

At the interior, a large area of light-colored art paints with ambient lights decorates the entire space, abandon the unnecessary excessive ornaments, it presents a more inclusive and homey feeling. As the sun rises and sets outside the window, you will find inner peace and feel healing in the busy city.

We change the original orientation of bedroom for better daylighting and visual experience, the view is getting extended infinitely. Sitting in front of the window, watch the seasons change and appreciate the beauty of nature.

卧室用木质梳妆台替代成品床头，完备的储物与收纳功能的置入，使屋主获得使用上的便利与快捷。

The bedroom has wooden dresser instead of nightstand. By the installation of organized storage system, it makes convenience for residents in daily life.

卫生间采用整体防水材料，形成墙顶地一体的视觉感受。通过点、线、面不同光源打亮空间，丰富视觉层次。

The bathroom uses waterproof material to form the wall, roof and ground as a whole. Different light sources brighten the space and enrich the visual perception.

通过对空间、颜色、材质的塑造，“墉舍”既是一个连接“现在”与“过去”的居住空间，又是对生活的一种真实体现。

Through the design and manifest of space, color, and material, “YONG House” is not only a living space that connects “present” and “past”, but also a real embodiment of life.
