Dwl by dominique ansel is imagined as a gallery, the design aims to capture the molten forms of baked goods in a minimalist manner. Walls and ceiling are designed to peel or slice off like a cake to create several fluid moments in the interior.

为了呼应烘焙中鸡蛋变成蛋糕的重要瞬间,在通高的空间中,设计师将天花板的一角剥开,一滴蛋黄由此滴落。
At the double height shopfront, as egg plays an important role from cakes to pastry, the ceiling is made to peel off to reveal a drop of egg yolk above the bakery.

渐变色玻璃箱体组合成的面包柜台犹如一件艺术品,沿着店面纵深拉长。柜台对面,一张长椅沿墙伸展,仿佛是墙体切下的一部分。
The bakery counter is designed like an art piece, consisted of a row of gradient colour glass blocks which gradually lengthens towards the shopfront.

用餐区上方,一条丝带般的灯线在甜品店的整个长度内蜿蜒。
On the oppposite wall to the counter lies a bench which appears to be sliced off from the wall, and above is a drizzle light which span the length of the bakery.
