日本AWAZUKU住宅 四座流水小屋
四座租赁住房位于远离市中心的林地、寺庙、田野、蜿蜒小径、溪流和树篱景观之中。因此,该项目面临着如何将这些地理因素与生活联系起来的问题。

在日本爱知县中南部额田郡的幸田町,四座租赁住房位于远离市中心的林地、寺庙、田野、蜿蜒小径、溪流和树篱景观之中。因此,该项目面临着如何将这些地理因素与生活联系起来的问题。同时,房产中介表示该地区的租赁住房(包括独立公寓和私人公寓)已经饱和。于是乎,我们开始构思,希望通过丰富的环境实现对舒适生活的出租,然后激发新的“租赁”方式:出租房屋→出租建筑→土地借贷→出租主建筑旁的水井、田地→支持主建筑拥有者的农活→进而达到“出租环境”(也包括人际关系)的目的。建筑侧翼均配有阁楼,并且每扇窗户都面向后山。每座建筑的高度、位置、坡屋顶方向都是确定的,这样视野就不会重叠,也不会干扰阁楼视线。

FourhousesforrentinKoda-cho,Nukata-gun,AichiPrefecture,locatedinanareafarfromthecitycenterwithanimpressivelandscapeofbeautifulwoodlands,temples,fields,curvingpaths,streamsandhedges.Howcouldtheselocationalelementsbeconnectedtolife?Atthesametime,therealestateagenttoldusthattherentalstockinthisareawasalreadysaturatedwithregularapartmentsandcondominiums.So,webegantoconceivethatwecouldrentoutacomfortablelifehere,takingadvantageoftherichenvironment,whichspurredtheideaof“lending”:Lendingaroom→Lendingabuilding→Lendingwithland→Lendinganexistingwell,lendingafieldnexttothemainbuilding→Supportingthefarmworkoftheparentsofthemainbuilding,then,“rentingtheenvironment”,whicheventuallyledto“rentingtheenvironment”includinghumanrelations.Eachwingofthebuildinghasaloft,andthewindowsofeveryfloorhasaviewofthebackmountain.Theheightandpositionofeachbuildingandthedirectionoftheroofslopearedeterminedsothattheviewsdonotoverlapwitheachotherandinterferewiththelineofsightfromtheloftfloor.

材料和水道的再利用Reuseofmaterialsandwaterways

四种被遗留在场地的材料焕发出新生命:原来场地周边的挡土墙如今位于东北侧,可以防止地面塌陷;原有房屋的柱子和梁被制成长椅,摆放在外墙和水道周围;该地区常见的树篱被移植,有助于调节流线和保护隐私。

我们对废置的老井进行水质检测,并安装水泵使其恢复使用。老井中的水被抽出,与附近的小溪一起形成柔缓的曲线,汇聚在井盖的雨水通过环绕场地的“水道”进行收集和排放。此外,“水道”还构成每座建筑的边界,并且可以在停水时提供紧急用水。从业主度过高中时代的主楼二层,可以看到太平洋海面。场地上的水道表面也在海风的吹拂下微微浮动。

Thewaterqualityoftheoldwell,whichisnolongerinuse,wastestedandarowingpumpwasinstalledtomakeitusable.Groundwaterfromtheoldwellsisdrawninagentlecurvealongwithanearbystream,andrainwaterfromtheroofsofthewellsiscollectedanddrainedbya“waterway”thatgoesaroundthesite.The“waterway”alsoservesastheboundaryofeachbuilding’ssite.Furthermore,itcanbeusedasanemergencywatersupplyinthecaseofawatercutoff.Fromthesecondfloorofthemainhousewheretheownerspenthishighschoolyears,youcanseetheseainthePacificOcean.Thesurfaceofthewaterwayformedonthesitewaversintheseabreeze.
